Data Imports
Every bulk-import tool in one place, grouped by data type. Imports match students by SASID (or by name when no ID column is found) and never overwrite a field the file doesn't include.

Import Roster
Excel (.xlsx), CSV, or JSON — adds new students and updates name, grade, gender, hometown, advisor, birthdate, email and the IEP / 504 / PNAS check boxes (if the file has those columns) for existing ones.
Set Advisors from DESSA
For students with no advisor on record, uses the educator (rater) name from their most recent DESSA result. Shows you the names first; students who already have an advisor are never changed. Import the DESSA file first.
Import Birthdates & Emails
Matches by SASID and fills in birthdate and email.
Import Photos
A folder of .jpg files plus a data file linking each student (ID or name) to a photo file name. Photos are resized automatically; students who already have a photo are left alone (use the retake import to replace).
Import Retaken Photos
Same format as the photo import. Replaces the existing photo for every student in the file.

Demo Data
Load Demo Data
10 fictional students (SASIDs 10000000–10000009) with a full year of sample data, for demos and training.
Remove Demo Students
Deletes the demo students and all of their records. Real students are not touched.
Academics
Import Final Grades (new format)
Student Number, Final Grade, Instructor Last Name, Class Description. You choose the quarter; grades are merged into the gradebook and other quarters are kept.

Assessments
Import DESSA (Educator and Student files)
DESSA Rating Export (CSV or Excel). Pick both files at once; each is recognized as educator or student, and you confirm the testing window (Fall / Winter / Spring) and school year. Q1–Q8 are kept from the educator file only.
Import iReady (Math or Reading)
i-Ready Diagnostic Results export (CSV or Excel). Subject is auto-detected from the file's columns; you'll confirm the testing window and school year.
Import MCAS (score report printout)
The scanned MCAS score report (PDF or page images): one card per student with ELA, Math, Science/Tech-Eng and Civics. Students are matched by Local Student ID; scaled scores and the EE / ME / PM / NM level are saved. Each student you import replaces only the tests found on their card.
Discipline
Import Detentions
One row per student and date: student (ID or name), educator, date of incident, reason, and reason description. Records are added; a record on the same date as an existing one replaces it.
Attendance
Import Attendance
Excel or CSV with first and last name (or Student Number), Date and Attendance Code. Days are added to each student's record; blank codes are ignored. Used to compute the year-to-date rate.
IEP / 504 / PNAS
Import Meeting Dates
Meeting type, meeting date, and review date, matched by SASID or name.
Import IEP / 504 Check Boxes
A file with IEP and/or 504 columns (Yes/No), or a plain list of students who have an IEP or a 504. Only the check boxes change; meeting dates and notes are kept. Optionally clears the box for students not in the file.

Marks matched students as having a 504 plan.
Sports
Import Sports
A name column plus a column of sport letters: S soccer, F field hockey, K basketball, B baseball, SB softball. Students are matched by name; the season comes from the sport, and sports are added to what a student already has.

Scores show student/educator — for example 55/58. T-score is the SEC (Social-Emotional Composite). Level: S = Strength, T = Typical, N = Need for Instruction. Items are the educator's Q1–Q8 (0–4).
